Hi Jenna! I also have a nighttime digital boundary. When I used my phone for my alarm clock, I charged my phone at my dresser and would need to get out of bed to shut the alarm off. It helps a lot. Now I have a Hatch I found at Marshall’s and I love it. I also set it up on my dresser forcing me to get out of bed to turn it off. I hope that helps!

I totally think using the bullet journal as a cute little memory tracker would be cute! You could use the days of the week to document little cute memories, or even use them for pictures! Obviously this would take some time, but it would be cute, and it could be something that you could devote as much time as you want. This is just a thought, I love your videos, they keep me going through a week knowing someone else also has a rough time during the week sometimes. ❤ Hope you have a great week, and keep your head up girly, you got this! ❤❤

10k steps is hard if you aren’t motivated. Some days I can hit it easily and other days I’m anywhere between 5 and 8 k which is still better than nothing

Some food for thought for the alarm clock: I use my smart watch as an alarm clock (it vibrates and I wake up from that), so I can put my phone away.

I feel the same about planners, it's not like I don't have anything to do, but todo list seem to be more helpful without a date attached

yeah, i am a student, about to be a masters student in September and I also do not run, but I like the way you life and you are just an impressive person, that I like to watch. So relatability does have something to do with watching people but it also has something to do with inspiration! I think you inspire me to live a full life later on and to incorporate stuff I like

I am glad to see someone my age doing so well! My 2024 started off rocky with starting at a new college, cutting off another close friend due to conflict that they didn't want to work out, and just adjusting to having only one friend + healing from having severe anxiety (which i can say I am making great process with, I am getting out a little more each month and facing the world lol). I am hoping the rest of the year will be better. I am looking forward to school in the Fall, but enjoying my summer break until then. One thing I am proud of is that after making horrible financial decisions last year and paying for it, I started learning how to budget my spending and have gotten a lot better about it which even my parents are proud of me. It really does take making a mistake to really learn. Thank you for sharing the good and the bad about being an adult. Really means the world to me! ☺💖

my year has somehow felt both fast and slow at the same time, but i feel it’s because i’m trying to be more intentional with my days so the day to day is slower, but the overall time that’s passing feels fast? if that makes any sense. can’t believe we’re already approaching july!!

First half of the year could have been better, but I'm happy with the progress I've made. I’m really proud of myself so far this year as at work I am officially med trained and now can give meds to clients in our day program! 😊 I always wanted to be med trained so I was so happy. I’ve also been trying to tell myself that change is okay and I’m trying to go with the flow more. 😄 Lastly, I’ve been vlogging and it’s been fun! I’m enjoying it. ☺️ My challenge this year js that my channel isn’t growing 😕 but I’m telling myself that it’s okay as long as I’m having fun. 🙂
